The Miss Ohio Scholarship Program Parade in Mansfield was a spectacle, despite the looming threat of rain. The parade was a visual feast, with contestants riding in convertibles and on floats, each adorned with custom, elaborately decorated footwear, a unique representation of their hometowns, personalities, and social impact initiatives. The route began at the five-way light on Park Avenue West and ended at Richland Carrousel Park, with contestants signing photographs and enjoying food and drinks. The contestants will now compete at Ashland High School's Archer Auditorium, a fitting venue for the upcoming week of preliminary and final competitions. This year's schedule includes the preliminary competition on Wednesday and Thursday, followed by the Miss Ohio Teen Competition on Friday, culminating in the final competition and crowning on Saturday.
